Dissatisfied

On 11 September 2019...it was closing date for 5 projects 0034 to 0038...luckily readings were done and my price was the best one....so I was number 1 interns of pricing.....on November I made calls checking how far the process is bcz they told us those projects were matters of urgent...their director said the tenders are in evaluation stages..December came nd same same song...still in evaluation stages...January 2020 they said the same story nd lucky this time CFO was with procurement when I called...she put her phone on speaker nd they confirm still in evaluation...feb to march same song nd pandemic started.....they re opened one of those tenders on may 0034 nd when I called them nd email them that we taking the matter to court bcz its ******* what they did...CFO instructed his directors to call me on 1 June 2020 to discuss this matter nd we agreed on principal I'll allow the process to happen bcz they said it's not the the same tender just a error on the tender number...of which we knew they lying...again they said the tenders are still in evaluation stages and 30% staff is working.....july they said again the tenders are in evaluation but I requested my lawyer not to send any letter bcz I don't wanna fight the same department I want work from...up until last week Monday the 24 of August when I called the CFO nd she said procurement is cancelling those tenders on bases of expired time...of which I could not understand bcz all this times the tenders were in evaluation stages...I requested that in writing till today nothing....Firstly on September 11...they made us wait for 2 hours before they closed that box as if they were waiting for someone in their likes to come nd unfortunately that person could not make it..secondly I've been in communication with them since last year nd now they talk about expired time frame of which if they wanted to extension of time they could have app**** for it....nevertheless we only asking their decision in writing in will let the court to decide whether we wrong or we've been taking for a ride By the way I'm Anele Mnyanda from Dignify construction
