Bad service Parow park human settlements office

I went to the Parow park human settlements office regarding my housing waiting list. Samuel Mess , one of the human settlements officers I have spoken to ongoing for 3 years now has stated he cannot give me proof that I was at the office to enquire how far I am on the waiting list. The law states that you cannot recieved a government owned property if you have already owned property before. I can mention a few people in Parow park that have owned property , that can afford housing/rental due to them having Mercedes, golf 5 , the new range rovers. Sharon Buchanan also has more then one family member staying in numerous flats and she's a member of the human settlements office for Parow park. Our government is catering for themselves and their families more then for the people that can't afford renting but are willing to pay rent. I registered for housing in 2012 and have befriended people that app**** later then what I have but are residing in Parow park.
