I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent actions taken by Loraine and her team, which have significantly impacted our family's situation following the passing of my father. It has come to our attention that there have been questionable practices involving the handling of our father's home, leading us to believe that we have been unfairly taken advantage of.

It appears that there are serious allegations regarding the sale of the property to our cousin through ******* practices and without our consent, facilitated by ******* practices within the housing department at Lord Khanyile Hall in Ivory Park. This situation has left us feeling betrayed and powerless, as the integrity of the process seems compromised.

Moreover, I would like to highlight the inconsistent support we have received from the counselor assigned to our case. His statements regarding our situation change daily, which leaves us confused and without a reliable point of reference. It is disheartening to feel so unsupported.
