ZERO STAFF AT HOWICK

<p>on the10/08/2017 I arrived at Dept of Home Affairs howick at 8.45am to no staff on duty. I waited until 9.00am until a lady appeared who could have been the cleaner who stated that i should try to come back at ten o clock. Maybe there will be staff then. I am appalled that the staff arrive at work at this time. I am actually at a loss of words that we should deal with this type of behaviour in government departments. </p>
