Zero common courtesy at Stellenbosch Home Affairs

Upon visiting the Stellenbosch branch, I was met with the utmost disrespect with eye rolling and sarcasm from the team who seemed to be having a social gathering during business hours. They seemed to be annoyed by my pressence because they ecspected me to know that their systems were down (aka their self‐acclaimed paid holiday). The team have zero common courtesy. I have never been so disgusted with customer service ever, what made it worse was seeing the shocked and disappointed faces of all the other visitors I passed on my way in.
