Years since i app**** an new ID Document.

Hi my name is Zanele i lost my ID document while I was giving birth in 2016. I've been applying ever since then when i go to check they tell me that they are still investigating. I am unemployed I can't get proper employment because i dnt have an ID document. Please assist me.
