Wrong & NO service given

<p>On the 5 September we went into Pinetown Home Affairs to complete my kids online applications for passports, whe did the payment and photo's and when we went to do our fingerprints they took our kids normal birth certificates and used them for the application, never told us that they are not allowed to use them and needed the unabridged certrificates for passport applications.</p> <p>On the 20 Sep we where informed that they are ready for collection at your branch as my children<br />will be going through Swaziland to visit their grandmother in Marloth Park (Kruger National Park)</p> <p>When I called the border to ask a few questions as they will be traveling with their grandfather and not parents they told me my kids would require unabridged birth certificates (we only have abridged as this is what we used when we came in on 5 Sep 2016) so the lady said we must contact Pinetown Home affairs and ask for an EQUIVALENT DOCUMENT for each child to use next weekend when they go through the borders.<br />Plus the PARENTAL CONSENT AFFIDAVIT for each child.</p> <p>I contacted Pinetown - NO ANSWER!!! I then emailed Musa Mngadi and the then forward my email to Ronny Perumal. He emailed me back and said he will help with the equivalent documents but I have to apply for the unabridged birth certificates 1st.</p> <p>BUT</p> <p>Twice I went to PInetown home affairs and they are either offline so I can't apply or Mr Perumal or Mrs Pillay is not it to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now what am I suppose to do due to HOME AFFAIRS PINETOWN misleading passport acceptance we can't cross the border as we don't have the equivalent documents.</p> <p>We have all the required documents and affidavides with dates when they will be going and coming back but we will only again go try to do the application for unabridged birth certificates on Friday 30 Sep 2016 but they leave on 1 Oct early.</p> <p>So what are we to do???</p> <p> </p> <p>Goverment is really not doing their work propertly and right and now my kids have to suffer NOT FAIR!!!!!!</p> <p>All I want is 2x equivalent documents for my kids to be able to travel through Swaziland. I will do the application for unabridged certificates that is not the problem the problem is PINETOWN branch has no clue what they are doing!!!</p>
