Worst system

Good day I'm angry and disappointed at the service that home affairs alberton give waiting outside for 2 hours to collect id to go inside to agents talking to their friends and eating. The service was bad from when applying for the Id was turned back after waiting in a line from 12pm to 4:30 officers walked out without letting anyone know what is going on. Waiting in a line from 8: 15 to 10:30 is bad service and I had to take 3 days off work for a simple task.
