WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD

WOW!!! Online when you need to apply its always freezing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ive been trying for weeks!! And when you go to Heidelberg home afairs they are supoose to open at 8 but they open 09:15. When you get it its tea time, then they sit on the cellphone, chatting while they are helping you!!! VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
