Worst Service in Africa award goes to Home Affairs!!!

This is the worst place in the whole of Africa. They have no sense of urgency or customer service. They play such a vital role in peoples lives but they think nothing of your time or that 1 document can ruin everything. What kind of mangement is running this circus. Your service is disgusting!!!!
