Worst service ever from Department of Home Affairs

I app**** and paid for my passport middle of October 2024, the application got cancelled by Home Affairs. Two days later, i re-app**** for my passport, did all the paperwork again, and this application was not even loaded on the system. This was at Brakpan. On the 5th of November, I app**** again and paid again, this time it is loaded on the system but I have already missed my flight and a very important business meeting. You cannot phone them, they do not respond to emails, there is no way of getting hold of them. They just wiped their asses off customer service. I think the whole system stinks. Our tax money pay their salaries but they do not care about their customers. Still no passport, you took my money..... thanks for nothing Department of Home Affairs, or rather, Department of Bad service. Shame on you for disgusting service.
