Worst service ever but expected from the Government

Got there early in the morning 10h00 to register Birth Certificate the system was said to be offline, I waited in the long qeue the whole day.four consultants were assisting one person, consultants kept saying system offline then vanished from the service desks. Housekeepers and consultants pushed people ahead of us from the back of the qeue . When finally Infront the printer was said not to be working coincidentally at their knock off time, 15h30 One consultant Margaret even said she also wants to go back to her kid.
