Worst service ever at Department of Home affairs Alberton

Worst service ever from 9 o'clock in the morning I was at the queue to apply both for Temporary and for ID. They just told me now at 15:30 that their system is offline,, so my day has been wasted just like that I therefore went to the queue to apply for ID book they told me that they no longer taking applications, they are issuing instead.. I'm so ****ed off and I need atleast temporary ID for tomorrow cause I'm writing..
