Worst service ever

I am sooooo frustrated with home affairs online application, I app**** last year online and I could simple not apply I had to go in to home affairs, sitting in a queue for an hour just to hear that they can’t help me cause my previous passport with my ****en name is still on the old system! So okay the lady called and said I should give it a few days! I left it till now just to go in and apply and nothing but nothing was done! Great I called 3 times and every person that I speak to says I need to give it 24 hours great! A week later and absolutely nothing has been done, 6 emails what more do I need to do for someone to just do their wor****!!!!!!
