Worst Service Ever

This has got to be the worst government office I have ever been to.I waited for about 3 hours outside before going into another stationed queue inside,without any assistance or explanation why it was taking so long.I had gone to renew my passport but it seemed like everyone stands in the same queue for everything.I have been to the Home affairs in Randburg and Centurion but the service was 100% better than the one in Krugersdorp.I didn't know that such public offices still exist.I would not recommend it to anyone.
