Worst service ever

<p>Department of home affairs Sasolburg has given us the worst service that you can imagine. They let people jump the line in front of you and when you complain about it they go off on you and just don't care. They say they are offline but help everyone else but us so how are they offline then???? If I say anything then I am wrong? ?</p>
