Worst service at home affairs

I woke up at 5am to be in a que at the home affairs. When I got there I was number 15. Then they started calling numbers and I was number 33. When we were inside and seated the systems 2as offline. Instead of an official informing us that they are offline we are seating like idiots. I am tired of home affairs constantly being offline and nothing g is done about it. Why cant they make other means to capture information. Why cant they have forms for us to fill. We take off work to sort out our IDs and this is the ******* that we get. Something needs to be done . They must stop waisting our time
