WORST SERVICE AS ALWAYS

I have app**** for an amendment of my son's surname in January this year and to this day it has not been changed. The turn around time was suppose to be between 3-6months. It's been 9 months and everytime I call your contact centre I am told that the matter has been escalated and nobody ever gets back to me. My son needs his surname changed before he starts school. This is unacceptable!
