Worst Government Services Ever

Hi DOHA, Its been an ages and still am waiting for my application to get processed. I have sent so many email and tried to contact but Home affairs department does not have time t respond. Not sure how many more years they will take to process my application? GOD KNOWS. If there any responsible staff, who can assist, please respond. Thank you
