WORST government department

I think we need a negative star option. I realise the entire government has already fallen apart at this point, but the department of home affairs is a shining example of the WORST run government department on the planet. The online "appointment" system is completely non-functional and there is no human to speak to about it. They've finally found a way to do absolutely NOTHING and still get paid for it. Well done guys, but you left your entire country in the dark to suffer.
