Worst experience ever

The service at home affairs Nelspruit is disgusting and how convenient that at 4pm exactly we were told to go home due to system being offline all of a sudden. What really made me angry was the fact that I called some time last week and I was advised that it’s possible to use my passport picture in applying for a new smart ID. When I get there the guy at the door confirms it to be true but during the process I’m told that’s impossible. Similar product knowledge needs to be given to all staff this is nonsense 1 says this the other that who do I believe. By 3:30 half the staff members had already packed their bags and closed their tables then 4pm system went offline sending clients home to return tomorrow after queueing for so long. Unacceptable!!!
