Worst experience at department of home affairs Randburg

Most horrible experience at the Randburg home affairs department!!!!! They de activated my ticket on purpose twice!!!!! Got chased away from the counter and they refused to help me until I apologized although they yelled at me and were in the wrong. On their phones and eating instead of assisting clients and gossiping infront of client's. Helped an African woman before me too. Outrageous
