Worst customer service ever

What has this world come to , 5:00 Am I was at home affairs just so I could be assisted in time. I was number 3 on the line but was only assisted after 28 people the things I saw at that Home affairs are shocking employees assisting white people and people they know before us ,When I asked for the Manger to report this they made me go up and down saying the manger was not there how ever Grace was in charge but could not find her any where the was a man who said I should be the one looking for Grace rather than him calling her , I was at Home affairs at 5:00 but only finished at 13:00 when I was the third person on the line this is really not how you treat people if people at that Home Affairs don't want to do their jobs than they must hire people who want to work.
