Worse service

I don't even wanna give you the 1star cause you don't deserve it dealing with government is by far the Worse... You force people to have this new ID cards cause green book is it valid, I went to have my card made while I'm on my last trimester of pregnancy standing for hours in a long que to be told come back another time we offline and also nocking off I had to come another day and make my ID, I then received my sms to collect no where on the sms do they say you need an appointment when went on the 31/03/25 for collection I was turned away as they require a appointment I am disgusted with your service I man petrol and taxi fair is expensive... So iw I need to book an appointment for April but the system says no open slots the whole month when will I receive my ID???
