worse service EVER!!!

Yesterday i went to the department of home affairs to try get a new id as i recently got married , not to mention i am 8.5 months pregnant !!! the queues were surprisingly short so we thought this will take quickly only it didn't by 13.30 we still hadn't reached the inside yet !!! we were made to stand in the hot sun while there were open chairs available inside and we were pregnant and elderly people the 1 woman could barely walk properly and my husband had to help her up and down the stairs. <br> when we try to enquire as to why things were taking so long we were met with very rude comments! there was 1 woman working at the counter and when we asked where the others where we got told they will be back when they want! We reached the front of the queue at 11:30 but by 13:30 had not been helped and the people who had been let in where still sitting there to! When a gentleman asked if the elderly and the pregnant could go in he was ignored and when he tried to speak to the supervisor same thing happened! you want me to pay tax yet you cant even run a simple operation! You were all disgusting and disrespectful even to the elderly!disgusting!!NOT PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN AFTER YESTERDaY
