Where do I belong ?

I app**** for a reissue of my stole ID Document on the last week of April photo, fingerprint and payments were made. On the 11th May they sent me an email my details were not captured I need to present myself at the branch AGAIN I took a half day at work went there to find that am not even on the system my details are not appearing on the system. Nobody wanted to assist me as we speak i sit with no ID. I could be married or ********** accounts could be opened and moreover I don't feel like a citizen. It would've been a different story had they said okay we will send an email to the head office explaining this matter then we will get back to you. But the fact that everyone is folding their arms cause they don't want to he help accountable is jaw dropping. Now we need to teach people how to do their job. It's unfortunate that this will drag the ministers name but something needs to be done. Its either you do something or you don't it's that simple.
