What is the Department of Home Affairs investigating??

Today i went to home affairs because i have been struggling to book an appointment online and the only thing left to do was my fingerprints and pictures. That’s it!!! Only to be told at the Mngeni branch in Durban that i cannot go in. I tried to get assistance from them inside, only to be told there is someone that will help me for R200 to book an appointment. Who is this one person that can get a date and I haven’t been able to for 3-4months!!!

Out of curiosity i go there, only to find a lady by the gate who wants to book me an appointment on HER phone. Heck no!!! What is our government investigating and how is the system blocked by these people??? To make matters worse, all security guards are foreign nationals. Haibo!!!🤦🏽♀️
