What is Service Delivery Even?

<p>So, I'm a young woman that would absolutely love to do a year abroad as an Au Pair. I've been matched with a family and they would like me there ASAP. PROBLEM!? I'm STILL waiting on my Unabridged Birth Certificate... I app**** LAST YEAR! 03 December to be exact... I've been calling them and all they can tell me is that my application STILL HASNT BEEN PROCESSED! ARE YOU SERIOUS!? ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS! Why do we even pay taxes!? To support a bunch of good for nothing people that can't even do their job properly! </p>
