What happened to all the 2002 babies DHA??

Good Morning,<br> I app**** for an unabridged birth cert 18-04-2015 as the certificate was required for a high school application, i was adv delivery time would be 8 weeks.<br> <br> I called the Wynberg Office 10-07-2015 as I had not received an SMS to check as to whether it had arrived and was told by the Wynberg Office that I had not supp**** sufficient information on the form and I need to come and complete the forms again - that completed form is attached.<br> I returned to the Wynberg Office on 11 July 2015 and the official explained that I need to complete follow up forms, which I did like an obedient citizen<br> A young male official checked the forms for me and he advised that all the records for children born in 2002 had been lost when a system migration was done.<br> I then followed up with the Pretoria Call Centre who adv they rcvd it 28-07-2015 + rcvd Reference/Case number *** - I have called there every month for the past 11 months to followup but still no update from the seniors WRT the tracing of the birth records and issue of the certificate.<br> I am disgusted as it is 1mth and 4 days short of a year and still not a word from them.<br> <br> The school has been lenient with us, but for how long
