what do i pay taxes for??

Due to the Bellville Department of Home Affairs moving offices, i am not able to get my passport... they don't seem to care about the loss of money in this regard. As a tax payer who pays thousands of Rands yearly this is an utter ******* excuse!!<br> I haven't received any notification about a move, only an sms saying ID FOR *** READY FOR COLLECTION AT BOSTON CENTRE and few days later PASSPORT FOR *** READY FOR COLLECTION!!!<br> <br> I don't even know how angry to feel right now!!! I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED BEING A CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY!
