What an exceptional man

<p>I have had the pleasure with dealing with Phillip Rambuda in the issueing department at home affairs. this is truely a spectacular man , we are resididing in the United Arab Emirates and the passport is expiring in March he has been so kind and so helpful as their was something wrong with the application and he went out of his way to assist me.
