We pay Tax, we do not get service

I have been patiently waiting for my Permanent Residency application for almost 7 years now. Since I app****, my SA spouse and I had another child who starts Grade 1 next year. Upon investigation into how it all works, I have been given some email addresses of people that do not seem to bother responding. Is there any soul I can address it with, that cares?
