WAITING SINCE JANUARY

Waiting for unabridged birth certificate to enable my grandson to go overseas where his Mother is waiting for him. This was app**** for and paid in January 2015. I have telephoned daily for last 3 weeks Dept. Home Affairs customer services and have a case number their response is 'we are escalating it\ 'waiting for feed back from head office'. This has been a daily response for the last three weeks. Even though I tell them how URGENT it is."
