Waiting since 19/01/15 for feedback on passport

I app**** for my son's passport on th19th Jan 2015 at the Centurion offices, its now 15 May 2015 and I'm still waiting for feed back on completion. I have received sms's for the Unabridged Birth Certicates but not the Passport. When I call the toll free nr. Its out of service.when I called the Centurion offices,the line was busy at first and when I called back it was out of service. Its getting really frustrating now!!!
