WAITING OVER 6 MONTHS FOR UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFI

Good Day <br> <br> I app**** for my sons unabridged birth certificate on the 5th of July 2015. Today is the 26th of November and I still have not received any feedback regarding my application. I now have a weekly task of calling in and supplying my ID number and my sons to the Home Affairs, to be told the same old story: We cannot access your birth records. Does it really take 6 months or more to access such information?? I mean really, and every time I must travel, I need to go back to your offices to get a letter so I can travel with my son, so instead, I opt to drive as I don't need such documentation when I drive (which is another inconvenience in my life) <br> What else do I need to do to get what I paid for ?<br> <br> My case number is ***<br> <br> Regards<br> Lindiwe<br>
