waiting on unabridged birth certificate from 2013

App**** in June 2013. They only started processing after June 2015 after my last visit to the randburg office. I now need to travel with my daughter and cannot. What do I now do? I have the receipt from 2013. Nobody in the call centre wants to help flag this as urgent.
