waiting on my id

Im zubenathi ncikana in cape town, I've app**** for an id book on 14 january 2015 since my first id book was ******.I've been waiting on it since, I pass my Matric this year but haven't got my Matric certificate because they need my id, secondly I was supposed to be at varsity but cannot apply because they need my id book.I want to do my Learners they need my original id book, I even tried to get a job and I got one but even paid due to that I dnt have a bank account of my own and dont have the tax number that is needed because I need an id to apply for all these things my contract at work even has ended without me getting paid.im struggling to do anything in life for this past five months...please help me get my my id book.it hurts so bad that im trying to make a leaving an help my mother and make her proud, im 21years and. It painful seeing my friends moving ahead of me.I want to be at school before seeing myself a a failure in life...I've submitted all the supporting documents that I was asked to submit.I dont understand why its taking long to get my id book when there are people who app**** for theirs after me and was given to them within the fourteen day that I was also told.
