WAITING FOR NEW ID FOR MONTHS NOW

Good day<br> I'm mailing on behalf of my mom. My parents app**** for their new ID cards nearly 2 months ago. My father received his on time, but not my mom her id no is *** 085. Every time we call to find out what the delay is the people don't know what we're talking about or will just say another week. Please assist her.<br> <br>
