WAITING FOR MY DAUGHTER'S UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM 16/08/2018

I am very angry and frustrated about my daughter's birth certificate, and this is a proof of how DHA is ***********. Like really waiting for birth certificate for almost 3 years that is ridiculous.

on 16/08/2016 I went to DHA in Durban Cormmecial City to apply for my daughters UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE, I paid and filled forms and I was told to wait for an sms, In October i went to commercial road to enquire because i could see that they haven't sent sms to collect and when I came there I was told they cannot find my form then I filled the new one and left, I waited again no sms and went back 08/12/2018 and I was told same story that they cant find my daughters form on the system and again I filled the same form and left, I then called DHA and log a case was told it will be resolved and again no feedback and my case number was :***, In February 2018 again I went to home affairs and same story I filled the forms again, I got so angry I even sent e-mails to DHA and they took a month to respond I was told to go back to Commercial city and went there again no birth certificate and I had to fill another form.

Remember I always take leave when I go there, I went again in May, August in 2019 and it was same story and kept on sending e-mails and no response and up until today my daughter's birth is not ready at school they were giving me problems because they wanted unabridged and also when I went to open bank account they wanted the same, I also wanted to go out of SA in 2019 and we lost out because of this unabridged birth, I wanted to take passport for both and also they wanted the same.

I am really tired of wasting my leave days to go to DHA and no help, they are the most *********** department that i have ever met, Commercial road staff is very rude and they don''t have manner of approach and I cannot go there again I am really tired, I have my receipt and I paid for this certificate.
