Waiting for documents Case ***

My grandchild was born 5 Sept2018 in Belgium. They app**** though the embassy for the baby's birth certificate, twice (Sept 2018 and March 2019) and up to date they have received nothing .After various phone calls , emails and sending tracking no's. there are still no answers . They are stuck there until they receive the documents.
