Waiting for birth certificate for over 2 months

Good day<br> <br> On 24/02/2015 I went to Home affairs Winternes to apply for my kids unabridged birth certificates as it it needed when you apply for high school. Today ( 10/04/2015), I was told that one the unabridged certificate for Letlotlo Kgage is not out as yet and that the one for Tshimologo Kgage is not showing on the system and I had to re apply for the other certificate.<br> Initially I was told that it takes only 6 weeks to get the unabridged birth certificate, why do you have an SLA period if you do not adhere to it?<br> I am not happy at all with the service received, next week I need the certificates to apply for high school, how long do I still need to wait?<br> <br> Please assist<br> Ontiretse kgage<br> <br>
