Waiting for an unabridged birth certificate since August 2015

<p>I have been waiting for an unabridged birth certificate for my son in order to travel for over a year, to date they are still escating the issue. I think it has been escalated a 100 times by now. I have no answers, I am due to travel again very soon and will have to go to the department to get another letter to travel. I also require this for my son to attend school. NO HELP.. I simply told to wait.. </p>
