Waiting 3 months now for a simple unabridged birth certificate due to missing documents!!!

Me and my brother have both app**** for our unabridged birth certificates on 22 June 2018, but I have not received any message yet for collection. However, my brother collected his certificate just 4 weeks after the 22nd already.

I went to the the Vereeniging branch in August where they kept me waiting in an office for 1.5 hours only to tell me that they are waiting for head office with a logged message that there are no records for me! They will log a query and I have to wait.

Today I phoned the Vereeniging branch and they responded with the same story off head office not having any records for me and they will log another query... !!! So I phoned head office to hear what is the story and they say that they never received the completed DHA 24 and 288 documents from the Vereeniging branch and they never provided them with a tracing number so they can see where my documents are.

I phoned the Vereeniging branch again and told them what head office said, so the manager can only say that it does not make sense, as they did send my documents, but he cannot provide me with a tracing number!
