Waiting 25 weeks for Marriage Certificate and still not ready

I would like to lay a formal complaint against home affairs and also there provincial manager Yusuf Simons.

I have app**** for my late mother and father Marriage Certificate on the 10 January 2020.whereby they said it takes 6 to 8 weeks.

When ever I call the phone don't get answered on the ‪***‬ number

As you can see aswel I have been emailing also but no response.( ***, ***, ***)

I'm so frustrated I even reaching out to Mr Yusuf Simons the provincial manager via email and wattsapp however I get ignored.

I really need this document to conclude my mother's estate or me and my father will loose everything

The Ref : ‪***‬ is when I escalated the application before the. Lock down was initiated

The service is completely disgusting at home affairs and its a disgrace, now we understand why there is so many people without Id's.

To date its 25 weeks but still no certificate.

I even waited at home affairs in Bellville from 5am in the morning a couple of times I even lost track of how many times I enquired just to be disspointed.
