Waiting 2 years for unabridged marriage certificate ! pathetic

Please publish my unabridged marriage certificate . App**** in 2017 . Have provided all the documents and paid for it already . It was done at Kempton Park . Havn't received any confirmation via sms to collect. How long do I still need to wait !

I moved, please issue to Port Elizabeth !

Clearly 4 weeks have passed and not able to get through on the call center number. So annoying!
