Waiting 2 years 4 months for unabridged birth certificate

<p>App**** for for my sons unabridged birth certificate in September 2014.</p> <p>I was told to fill out more documents at Randburg in November 2016.</p> <p>Everytime I phone Pretoria ref: ********** 283</p> <p>I get to documents have not been received yet phone back in 2 weeks.</p> <p>It's been 12 weeks and I still don't have the certificate and documents still have not been received for processing.</p>
