Waiting 15 months to date for Vault Copy

To whom it may concern:<br> <br> I am very disappointed with the services received from the Department of Home Affairs. I have submitted an application for a Vault copy of my daughter Birth Certificate and to date, this has not been processed. The application was done on 22 October 2014, which is now 15months ago. I have phoned again this morning and to date there have not been any further progress in getting this finalised. <br> <br> Since the last six months, I have been calling every week, sometimes even twice a week for an update, and again today, I have been informed to call back next week. <br> <br> This is truly unacceptable and I am very disappointed with the services received. <br> <br> Regards <br> Marguerite Smith
