Wait, wait, wait...... Then wait some more.

All I need to do is collect my ID. Seems like a simple thing right? Instead I've spent the past 2 days at the Edenvale Home Affairs waiting in line. There is a que down the street in the morning at least 70 people in front of me and it moves SLOWLY!

I stood in the blistering sun for 3 hours before someone came out and said they are offline. Waisted my whole day. Today I'm back and it's been 4 hours in the sun. They are online but only ONE person is stationed at the collections desk.

The service is terrible!

I feel like I'm never going to get my ID.....
