Visa Appeal Delay and Unprofessionalism of Staff

I have made multiple efforts to contact people in charge of the appeals section in Home Affairs, no one is replying to my emails nor answering the phone for a week now. My employer is not happy with the fact that it is taking them 5 months now to approve my visa application only to come back saying the company does not exit nor is it registered with CIPC or SARS. No attempts were made by Home Affairs to confirm my position in the company through my employer or the existence of the company through the contact details provided.
