violation of human rights

I app**** for a new I'd in may 2014 (still have the receipt) after mine was ******.On 27 may 2015 I faxed documents to them from our local department of home affairs as I was informed that my information was no longer on their systems.6 weeks later I was still waiting so I have been calling them on a weekly basis after that and was finally given the complaint line number about 3 weeks ago,where a lady named simpewe kept telling me she would get back to me within the next day (spoken to this same person 3 times) she never phoned back! I feel that my rights as a South-African citizen is being violated(the right to family life,to life with a partner and marry/ my right to working for an income) and no one seems to even bother to inform me as to why.Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
